Introducing our Titanium internally threaded flat surface barbells. Made from high-quality Titanium 6AL-4V-ELI ASTM F-136, these have 2mm rise and 2 holes. Our range of internally threaded titanium tops are designed to fit this barbell.

Please Note: Surface barbells are designed for professionally performed surface piercings and should be fitted by an experienced piercer. Correct placement and sizing are important for comfort, healing, and reducing rejection risk.
